The games are steeped in the rich history of basketball in Indiana, with legends like Oscar Robertson and Larry Bird hailing from the state. For players and fans alike, there’s nothing quite like the thrill of watching the best high school basketball teams in the state compete for the title of state champion.
Standing on the floor with my camera, I feel the energy of the game flowing through me. The squeak of sneakers, the bounce of the ball, and the roar of the crowd fill my senses as I focus my lens on the intense action happening before me. The players are in the zone, and I’m determined to capture every moment, every expression, every triumph, and every setback. From this cool vantage point, I’m right in the middle of the excitement and drama of the game, and I feel blessed to be able to capture it all through my lens.
